Los Rayos de Esperanza is more than just a school for children; it is a beacon of hope and education, instilling core values and providing a nurturing environment. On its premises, there is also a free clinic that offers medical care and doctor visits to the community. The clinic plays a vital role in ensuring that residents have access to essential healthcare services.
Our Connection with Los Rayos de Esperanza
Our founder, Jennifer, first visited Los Rayos de Esperanza in July 2022 as a nurse practitioner. Her mission was to assist with the medical needs of the community. During this trip, she fell in love with the spirit and mission of Los Rayos de Esperanza. Since then, she has returned multiple times, strengthening our partnership and commitment to this incredible organization.
Upcoming Mission Trip: February
In February, i’mPACT will embark on a group missionary trip to Los Rayos de Esperanza. This trip will be a blend of medical and non-medical activities, making it an inclusive and transformative experience for all participants. Here’s what we have planned:

Back-to-School Party: We will host a joyous celebration for the children, complete with school supplies to prepare them for the new academic year.

Medical Fairs: Our team will conduct multiple medical fairs, providing education, medical assistance, and distributing medications to the community.

Home Building Project: We aim to build a home for a family in need, offering them a safe and secure place to live.

Compassion Visits: We will visit families in need, donating groceries and providing much-needed support and compassion.

Sports Day: We will organize a fun-filled day of sports activities, teaching children about good sportsmanship and teamwork.

In-Home Medical Visits: For those unable to travel to the clinic, our medical team will provide in-home visits to ensure everyone receives the care they need.

Dental Services: We hope to bring a dentist to address the significant dental needs in the community, offering crucial dental care.
